Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We offer a refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged or defective, provided the issue is reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
How to Report a Damaged Product:

2. Provide Evidence: Include photos and video of the damaged or defective product and packaging to help us assess the situation.
3. Return Instructions: Once your claim is verified, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product (if required). We may also request that you dispose of the item in an environmentally responsible manner, depending on the nature of the damage.
Refund Process:
• Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Products that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refund Method: If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• Timeline: Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days of refund confirmation or receiving the returned item (if applicable).
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for non-damaged items. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order.
Exceptions
We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged due to improper handling, failure to follow care instructions, or misuse after delivery.
If a product is found to be defective after more than 3 days, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
