- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to availability and acceptance by Eco Color Store.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
- Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order but do not constitute acceptance.
- An order is considered accepted only after it has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation is issued.
5. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay using supported payment methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
- Eco Color Store does not store or process your payment details directly.

6. Shipping and Delivery (India Only)
- We currently ship only within India.
- Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its authorized courier partners.
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, or operational constraints.
- Eco Color Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or non-delivery.
7. No Return Policy
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality considerations associated with baby products, Eco Color Store does not accept returns. This policy ensures that every customer receives brand-new, hygienically handled products suitable for infants.
8. Exchange Policy (Limited Cases Only)
Exchanges may be permitted only under the following conditions:

- Manufacturing defects, or
- Incorrect item delivered (wrong product, style, or size)
Exchange Timeline
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
Requirements
- Clear photographs or videos of the issue
- Original invoice or order confirmation
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Approval
- All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and internal verification.
- Upon approval, Eco Color Store may offer a replacement or store credit at its discretion.
- Requests related to size selection errors, color preference, or change of mind are not eligible.
Eco Color Store’s decision regarding exchange approval shall be final.
