No Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety considerations associated with baby products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures that every customer receives brand-new, hygienically handled products, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality suitable for infants.
Exchange Policy (Limited Cases Only)
While returns are not permitted, exchanges may be considered only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects

- To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided
- The original invoice / order confirmation must be shared All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and internal verification by Eco Color Store. Upon approval, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Requests related to size selection errors, color preference, or change of mind are not eligible for exchange.
Refund Policy (Damaged or Defective Products Only)
Refunds are issued only in cases where a product is confirmed to be damaged or defective upon delivery and is not eligible for replacement.
Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

- Provide Evidence: Share clear photographs and/or videos of the product and outer packaging.
- Verification: Our team will review the request and may provide return or disposal instructions, depending on the nature of the issue.
Refund Processing
- Eligibility: Refunds apply only to items damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, washing, or failure to follow care instructions is not eligible.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval or receipt of the returned item (if applicable).

Non-Eligible Cases
We are unable to accept responsibility for:
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or improper care
- Natural variations in shade or texture resulting from natural dyes
- Requests raised after the 3-day reporting window
Final Decision
Eco Color Store reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange or refund request after inspection. All decisions made by Eco Color Store shall be final and binding.
