Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Validity
E-Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After expiry, any unused balance will no longer be available for use.
Redemption
E-Gift Cards can be redeemed by entering the unique code at checkout in the “Gift Card Code” field.
Partial Usage
If the order value is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the validity period. If the order value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using other available payment methods.
Non-Refundable
E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable once purchased.
Delivery
E-Gift Cards are delivered via email after successful payment. Please ensure a valid email address is provided at checkout.
Lost or Deleted Emails
If you are unable to locate your Gift Card email, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Eligible Products
E-Gift Cards can be redeemed on eligible products available on Eco Color Store, unless otherwise specified.
